By placing an order with Three Dogs and a Girl Bakery, you agree to the following terms:

Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to pick up or delivery. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Order Timing
Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance to ensure freshness and availability.

Pick Up and Delivery
Customers are responsible for arriving at the scheduled pick up time and location. We are not responsible for orders not picked up at the agreed time. Delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve it.

Product Disclaimer
Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state and may process common allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, and soy. Customers with allergies should use discretion when purchasing.

Quality and Storage
All items are made fresh. We are not responsible for product quality once it has been picked up. Proper storage is the responsibility of the customer.

Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability
